Opportunity:
Imagine capturing an Olympic athlete’s flow state, a pick-performer CEO’s focus, a Buddhist monk’s meditative state, or the deep sleep of a healthy sleeper and transmitting it to others. Our noninvasive neuromodulation technology, protected by several patents, uses brainwave entrainment to achieve this. We have a successful pilot study, an NSF/SBIR grant, and a beta prototype ready for a proof-of-concept clinical study. Our initial beachhead market is insomnia, with applications planned for the medical, consumer, and wellness sectors.
You Are:
A seasoned, successful entrepreneur with a proven track record in building medical device companies from start to exit. You are passionate about bringing innovative solutions to the market and possess exceptional leadership, fundraising, and strategic planning skills. An MBA is a plus, but a fire for this disruptive technology is essential.
The Challenge:
Secure seed funding and non-dilutive Federal grants.
Build a world-class team.
Lead a successful proof-of-concept study.
Navigate regulatory hurdles (NDA).
