Title: Preventive Maintenance Mechanic - HVAC
Inspects heating and air equipment; replaces air filters, grease motors, belts; and reports malfunction of any HVAC equipment.
Essential Functions

Inspects heating and air equipment.
Replaces air filters, grease motors, belts, and reports malfunction of any HVAC equipment.
Assists HVAC Technician(s) as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Minimum of one (1) year experience installing, servicing, or repairing heating and air conditioning systems in commercial establishments required.
