Has a minimum of 2 years of experience as a School Director in a licensed childcare center.
Meets State Requirements for a State license as a School Director, preferably with a non-renewable certificate.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Implements Children’s Lighthouse policies, procedures and systems to ensure safe, healthy environment in compliance with Children’s Lighthouse and State Standards at all times.
Plans and participates responsibly in marketing and special events.
Maximize occupancy of building. (Enrollment)
Impacts change required for continual compliance and improvement.
Recruits, hires, orients, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff.
Manages budget in compliance with Franchisee guidelines.
Represents Children’s Lighthouse to public, community, parents, visitors and staff with professionalism and integrity.
Attends/conducts meetings and trainings as directed.
Consistently follows through and completes all duties and responsibilities as assigned in a competent and timely manner.
Day to day operations in compliance with quality standards of Childrens Lighthouse.
Wise productive use of time.
Able to accept and handle change.
Accepts instruction and direction in an appropriate manner.
Able to work flexible hours.
