About The Company

Our client is a global investment manager with over $42 billion in AUM investing in credit, real estate, and private equity investment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze monthly and quarterly waterfalls
  • Work on new CDOs deals and work with asset managers on existing trades that are within the CDO portfolios
  • Produce compliance reports for note holders
  • Run hypothetical trade analysis for the CDO compliance tests to ensure post-trade compliance
  • Handle requests and queries from internal and external parties
  • Respond and prepare ad hoc reporting requests
  • Understand the terms of the indenture of each CDO

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years of financial services experience
  • CDO product knowledge
  • Experience with CDO compliance software’s

Salary Range

$100,000-$110,000
