Responsibilities
Cath Lab Expertise: Scrub and circulate for diagnostic and interventional cardiac, carotid, and peripheral procedures, including permanent and temporary pacemakers, ICDs, EP studies, and IABP.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in operating Client Innova dual-plane systems and femoral sheath removal.
Patient Care: Prepare patients for procedures, monitor vital signs, administer contrast media, and provide compassionate care.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the cardiac team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
On-Call Responsibilities: Participate in an on-call rotation, expecting to report to the hospital within 30 minutes when called.
Schedule
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
Shift: 4x10-hour shifts (07:30 - 18:00).
On-Call: 8-10 shifts per month, including one weekend.
Qualifications
Required:
CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) and ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) licenses.
High School Diploma or GED.
Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Cath Lab.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Fluoroscopy certification.
Preferred:
5+ years of experience in diagnostic radiology or special procedures, with 2+ years in the Cath Lab.
