Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Sales Manager for full service Delta by Marriott Ontario Airport, full-service 310 room hotel with more than 20,000 sqft meeting space. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, catering sales, event planning, customer service, and food & beverage operations.
Qualifications
Catering Sales, Event Planning, and Food & Beverage experience
Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
