The Catering Manager position supports our community through catering and marketing events, and in-store connection and fundraising events. When this role isn't serving our community in this capacity, it supports day-to-day operations and guests on site. Individuals in this role must be comfortable meeting and speaking with people on a regular basis and must have the ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines. This role requires a valid driver's license.
Our Catering Manager works directly with our Senior Operations Manager and Project/Sales Manager to ensure Go Chicken Go catering is running at peak efficiency. Our Catering Manager will have oversight of our catering process from start-to-finish. This includes, but may not be limited to the following:

The Catering Manager position supports our community through catering and marketing events, and in-store connection and fundraising events. This role requires a valid driver's license.
Our Catering Manager works directly with our Senior Operations Manager and Project/Sales Manager to ensure Go Chicken Go catering is running at peak efficiency. Our Catering Manager will have oversight of our catering process from start-to-finish. This includes, but may not be limited to the following:
- Overseeing and owning the entire catering process from order to delivery and follow-up.
- Confirming orders on the day of the event.
- Working closely with operations and kitchen staff to ensure the restaurant has all the necessary food and paper goods for upcoming catering orders.
- Boxing meals and packing bags for delivery. This position is very hands-on!
- Ensuring the catering equipment and area in the restaurant are clean and organized.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for all restaurant catering procedures.
- Managing a database of catering customers.
- Continuously evaluating customer experiences and communicating operational improvement ideas to the Senior Operations Manager.
- Driving to the client's location to deliver catering orders.
- Ensuring Team Members deliver a remarkable pickup and/or delivery guest experience.
- Following up with guests for feedback and to inquire about their recent experience.
- Building relationships with local community members and serving as an ambassador for the Go Chicken Go brand.
- Maintaining and growing existing catering relationships, including things like sending handwritten thank-you notes.
- Handling all charitable donation requests.
