Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

The Non Food/Collateral Category manager is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who oversees the entire non-food/collateral selection for our quick service restaurant, retail, and full-service restaurant businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the collateral category, creating comprehensive catalogues for each departments ( and relatives order template), and monitoring the cost of those items. Additionally, this individual would be responsible for managing housekeeping and cleaning supplies for the business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manages the collateral category for our quick service restaurant, retail, and full-service restaurant businesses.
  • Create and maintain catalogues for each department ( retail, QSR, Restaurant ).
  • Develops and implements ordering templates for each department.
  • Monitors the cost of collateral items, and works to minimize expenses wherever possible.
  • Ensures that all collateral items meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Works with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of collateral items.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and anticipate future demand for collateral items.
  • Collaborates with marketing and creative teams to develop new collateral items as needed.
  • Maintains accurate inventory levels for all collateral items.
  • Manages housekeeping and cleaning supplies for the business, ensuring adequate supply levels and cost-effectiveness.


The annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience supervising a retail and/or restaurant operation
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and team-building skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and common retail Point of Sales systems
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred


Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time or more, particularly during new openings
