What You'll Do
Craft Merchandising Magic: Work alongside our Senior Manager, Category Growth, to create captivating merchandising guidelines that set our products apart on the shelves.
Dream Big, Grow Big: Develop growth and merchandising plans for our top customers, turning ideas into action and measuring the impact along the way.
Customer Connections: Join forces with our Sales team to meet customers, present category reviews, and build strong relationships that drive success.
Sustainability Superhero: Dive into the world of sustainable practices, analyzing, promoting, and innovating ways to make a positive impact on our planet.
What You Bring
Passion for Progress: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, analytics, or a related field. Master's degree? Even better!
Experience: 5-7 years of category growth or management experience. Your expertise will be the driving force behind our success.
