Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or
GED.
Four years full-time, wage-earning case processing, case management,
social services, criminal justice, or human services experience.
Fifteen semester hours from a college or university accredited by an
organization recognized by the Council For Higher Education Accreditation
(CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE) may be
substituted for each six months of experience.
Reentry programs, transitional employment planning, parole, or
Probation Experience Preferred.
Computer operations experience preferred.
Governmental agency experience preferred.
The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $3,543.41.**
