Case Manager

Minimum of one-year post-educational experience working directly with adult individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities

Minimum of one year conducting assessments with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities; experience in adapting interviewing skills to elicit information from individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, their families, caregivers and staff, and various clinicians.

Strong analytical skills; detail and solution-oriented; ability to work independently; excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills; and ability to use spreadsheet or database software; Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, the ability to use the following on a daily basis: Web-based applications, Email, Microsoft Word
