Provides case management services and administrative support to Panelists (judges and attorneys) and professional service and support to clients. Administers cases guided by JAMS Rules, policies, and best practices. Serves as a business partner to Panelists to assist them in achieving their practice goals.

Administers cases guided by JAMS Rules, policies, and best practices. Serves as a business partner to Panelists to assist them in achieving their practice goals.
Responsibilities
What you will do
- Administers cases in a timely manner per JAMS Rules, policies, and best practices. Discusses case issues to extract pertinent information and potential problems.
- Collaborates with the Panelists to develop and administer their ADR practice including coordinating and scheduling of conference calls, pre-hearing preparation calls, and hearings. Reviews closed cases to determine client satisfaction and future business opportunities.
- Identifies leads and opportunities for outreach to target clients.
- Fosters positive client relations and supports business development. Partners with Panelists to determine client satisfaction and future business opportunities.
- Manages the coordination and re-scheduling of hearings or conference calls and pre-hearing preparation calls. Delegates to case coordinator team or administrative personnel, as needed.
- Builds relationships and assesses the overall client experience. Communicates and meets with the local manager to discuss case issues. Ensures that Panelists are meeting or exceeding annual practice goals.
- Collaborates with clients on inquiries to drive business to Panelists.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field. Preferred
- 2-4 years of working in case management. Required
- 2-4 years of working in legal and client service role. Plus
- Proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures. (Required proficiency)
- Computer literate and proficient in all software programs required for the position. (Required proficiency)
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- 1-3 years proven ability as a Case Coordinator, or similar position. Required
- Knowledge of Panelists’ practice preferences in the local Resolution Center (RC). (Required proficiency)
