Responsibilities: Inspect completed products for flawless finishes, ensuring smoothness and quality through tactile assessments. Analyze objects and graphic materials to plan carving techniques effectively. Shape, trim, and refine designs using specialized tools for impeccable results. Employ engraving techniques to enhance materials with intricate designs or markings. Execute precise layout designs on stone surfaces for accuracy in every detail. Requirements: Proficiency in carving and cutting techniques with attention to detail. Familiarity with blueprints and operational instructions. Ability to select and use appropriate tools effectively. Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities. Prior experience in stone carving or related fields preferred. Transferable Skills: Custom pool construction and development frequently involve the skills of grotto builders. Grotto builders specialize in crafting cave-like structures. These artisans are also referred to as cave designers or natural cave artisans. Grottos are commonly found in gardens, landscapes, or pool areas.
