Pacific West Construction and Maintenance (Pac-West) has an open opportunity as a Carpenter, to join our expanding team.
We are a local, family-owned business, that maintains apartment buildings in Seattle and the surrounding areas. Currently, Pac-West oversees the maintenance and repair of over 2,200 apartments with more customers being added every month.
Pac-West is seeking a Carpenter with a minimum of 2 years experience.
What you will be doing:
Completing work order requests for apartment buildings
Wood repairs including window frames, molding/trim, doors, cabinetry
Wood or engineered flooring install and repairs
Drywall patch/paint
Blinds installation
Other duties as assigned
40+ hour/wk schedule
Requirements:
2+ years related experience
Reliable vehicle and driver's license
Pass a criminal background check
Authorized to work in the US
Strong work ethic
Ability to ‘think outside the box’
