WHO WE NEED:

Arootah is searching for IPEC/ICF certified Career Coaches to work with our Hedge Fund clients. As a Career Coach, you will work with high-potential employees to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Simplify and clarifying goals
• Help the client develop realistic and effective monthly action plans for leadership growth
• Identify internal and contextual roadblocks
• Break apart goals into actionable steps
• Devise a plan of action for each goal
• Provide the client with resources associated with implementing their action plan
• Teach and mirror successful and positive emotional and behavioral techniques
• Evaluate each client’s advancement toward goal actualization
• Maintain and share detailed and accurate records of coaching results (challenges, breakthroughs etc.)
  
  
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• IPEC/ICF certified strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• C-Suite Executive experience is a plus
• Coaching C-level experience is required
• Passion for helping others improve their health and wellness
• 3+ years of experience in executive coaching and a business background
• Experience in financial services or hedge funds is a plus
• Ability to build rapport and work with people from all over the world
• Effective communication
• Personable and relatability skills
• Basic computer skills
