Crye-Leike®, REALTORS® is hiring a full-time Career Development Representative in North Atlanta, GA Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting of local real estate agents with phone calls, attending real estate events and open houses and by taking advantage of other lead sources.
• Search for candidates using resume databases, sales analytics platforms and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screening and scheduling in-person interviews.

• Knowledge of effective networking, relationship building, and candidate sourcing activities.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
• Ability to effectively inform and persuade.
• Ability to self-motivate and produce high-level results with minimal supervision and direction.
