Candidate Concierge

*This position is currently hybrid- reporting to the Minneapolis office 1-2 times per week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

24 Seven is seeking an ambitious Candidate Concierge to be an integral part of our team. Candidate Management:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and responses.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.

• Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions on various

job boards and the company website, and oversee weekly timecard management.




Interview Coordination:

• Organize and prepare interview materials and feedback forms.

• Greet and assist candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

• Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates, if necessary.


Administrative Support:

• Support the HR team with the administration of pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference checks.

• Assist in the preparation of offer letters and other onboarding documentation.

• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.


Collaboration:

• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.

• Assist in the organization of recruitment events and career fairs.

• Provide support for special projects and initiatives within the HR department.


Qualifications/Education/ Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,

or related field preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or HR administrative role.
