We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mobile campus as an Academic Director. This role will be pivotal in directing and coordinating all academic activities at the Campus, leading our efforts in education.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
Assessing educational effectiveness and driving improvement plans.
Serving as the Campus chairperson for curriculum development and approving educational materials.
Monitoring student progress and outcomes.
Supervising and coordinating the Academics Department team, providing guidance and direction.
Making recommendations regarding hiring, promotion, and other personnel decisions within the department.
Acting as an advisor to students and supporting their academic journey.
Managing class schedules and assigning teaching responsibilities.
Conducting professional development activities and participating in student orientation sessions.
Undertaking other duties and special projects as assigned.
Cultivating positive relationships with all Campus personnel.
Requirements
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in academic leadership roles, with expertise in educational philosophy.
