This is a full-time hybrid position with full benefits.
Office located in Teaneck, New Jersey.
Start date: ASAP.
Compensation: $85k to $90k - commensurate with experience.

Role Mission
The Campaign Manager is responsible for operationally managing and implementing all campaigns and provide campaign analytics. The Campaign Manager will work directly in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to drive consumer facing communications to serve defined journeys. The candidate will be responsible for executing email marketing campaigns and analyzing data to optimize future campaigns to drive business growth. The Campaign Manager supports the growth of sales, loyalty, and customer retention.

Role Mission
The Campaign Manager is responsible for operationally managing and implementing all campaigns and provide campaign analytics. The Campaign Manager will work directly in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to drive consumer facing communications to serve defined journeys. The candidate will be responsible for executing email marketing campaigns and analyzing data to optimize future campaigns to drive business growth. The Campaign Manager supports the growth of sales, loyalty, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of all multi-channel campaigns (i.e. email, push notifications, and lead generation for 1:1 calls), asset creation and coordination, running data segmentation reports, scheduling, and reporting on results.
- Strategizing landing page requirements on website for campaign effectiveness.
- Implement triggered campaigns in close coordination with Leica Camera AG standards including onboarding, post-purchase.
- Work with Digital Advertising Director, Social Media Manager, Retail and E-Commerce team to implement lead nurturing and conversion campaigns.
- Execute lead nurturing, upsell & cross-sell, win back, loyalty, retention & transactional campaigns, and loyalty campaigns.
- Create and manage communication plan aligned with Leica Camera AG marketing calendar to align with business objectives.
- Define requirements and organize campaign reports and analysis that tells the story behind the data to non-technical team members.
- Ensure data quality with frequent monitoring, implementing data hygiene processes, and overseeing data governance in coordination with the digital team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Marketing or minimum 5 years of similar working experience
- Experience managing email campaigns for E-Commerce and Retail
- Experience with SQL to e.g. build target groups in SFMC is a plus
- Experience executing tailored email marketing campaigns and user journeys
- Awareness and compliance of CAN-SPAM laws and ADA compliance
- Understanding of omni-channel best practices and proactive drive to explore emerging technologies
- Salesforce Email Marketing Specialist certification (preferred)
- Familiar with Google Analytics and MS PowerBI
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; ability to prioritize and complete multiple concurrent and time-sensitive requests
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to meet business targets
- Domestic and International travel required
