Role Description
This is a contract role for a Call Center Manager. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center, building and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing call center data. This is an on-site role located in Miami Gardens, FL.
