We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center manager at our Harahan, Louisiana office. A qualified applicant must have a minimum of 3 years call center experience, 5 years management experience, excellent computer (excel) and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, sales experience to overcome objections over the phone. Teach others the methodology of how to become a call center representative, resolve conflicts and be available to work evenings and weekends if needed.
Base salary plus bonuses.

Job duties include:
Schedule and confirm appointments
Hire all call center reps
Teach methodology to others to become call center reps
Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and overcome objections
Manage sales reps schedule through CRM
Proficient in Excel, Lead Perfection (CRM)
Achieve weekly and monthly reports and quotas
Ability to negotiate Lead credits from multiple lead sources
