Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable, and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch.

We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center manager at our Harahan, Louisiana office. A qualified applicant must have a minimum of 3 years call center experience, 5 years management experience, excellent computer (excel) and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, sales experience to overcome objections over the phone. Teach others the methodology of how to become a call center representative, resolve conflicts and be available to work evenings and weekends if needed.

Base salary plus bonuses.

Job duties include:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Hire all call center reps
  • Teach methodology to others to become call center reps
  • Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and overcome objections
  • Manage sales reps schedule through CRM
  • Proficient in Excel, Lead Perfection (CRM)
  • Achieve weekly and monthly reports and quotas
  • Ability to negotiate Lead credits from multiple lead sources
