SALARY: $80-$100K +bonus (depending on experience)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of supervisory experience in Call Center.
- Obsessively problem-solve to optimize efficiency and meet customer SLAs.
- Manage and mentor entry-level employees to achieve departmental goals.
- Proactively seek operational improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Analyze complex data to troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Build, coach, and empower a team to handle high-volume customer escalations and complex delivery scenarios.
- Foster clear communication and strategic collaboration across teams.
- Multilingual abilities in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
