Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our client. In this role. You will respond to inquiries via phone, chat, email, or other written correspondence regarding enrolment, claims, referrals, authorizations, and appointments.
Responsibilities:
Resolve customer issues on initial contact using available tools.
Meet productivity and performance metrics.
Document customer interactions in a CRM system.
Participate in ongoing training.
Requirements:
High School Diploma with 2+ years of customer service experience.
Technologically proficient and able to navigate multiple screens or web browsers.
Capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Flexible with work schedules.
Secure workspace with high-speed internet.
