Pay Rate: $17-19/hr (depending on experience)
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Remote Must reside in US
Shift: 10:00 am 6:30 pm EST (Schedule time is firm)

Day To Day Responsibilities Of This The Role
- Operates as part of a cross-functional call center team which connects individuals to social service organizations. Coaches perform a variety of roles such as: handling inbound/outbound phone calls, research and populating meaningful data into the team database, and performing organization audits to ensure the database is up to date.
Experience
- Preferred 12 months of experience in Customer service, call center environment, social services organization.
- Microsoft word, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Inbound (14 mins) & Outbound Average Handle Time, Abandoned Call Rate, Quality
- Quality metric is 90% which is the minimum goal.
