Position: Call Center Representative
Pay: $16/hr with weekly pay and benefits
Schedule: 7am-10pm EST, Monday to Saturday (8-hour shifts within this timeframe)
Equipment: Provided
Start Date: Mid-June
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Provide excellent customer service and empathy
Utilize computer skills for data entry
Multi-task efficiently
Gather and review patient billing and medical information
Follow Federal Health Care Program guidelines
Work with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients
Job Requirements
Availability to work on Saturdays
At least 1 year of recent call center experience
Healthcare Experience Is a Plus But Not Required
Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
Positive work attitude and willingness to help others
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must reside in Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky
