Expectations
Proficiently attend to guests’ needs with accurate and informative service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsible for the operation of a point of sale system, and responding to guests both in person and via telephone.
Maintain a clean and organized dining room, retail section and outdoor dining area to create a healthy and safe space for all.
Must be able to utilize basic computer programs; as well as must be proficient in, or capable of quickly learning, basic software and equipment functions.
Assist with delivering menu items to guests enjoying the indoor and outdoor dining areas.
Stock retail shelves, fold apparel and replace items required for food service.
Collect, package, charge for, and deliver groceries for our incoming guests, as needed.
Perform assigned side work throughout the shift.
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma, or equivalent GED preferred
For grocery delivery needs: must have a valid S.C. Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Team-oriented mentality, with ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
