Join a dynamic team as a Buyer where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory and ensuring our customers get the products they love on time. As part of our passionate team, you'll collaborate with various departments to keep our shelves stocked and our customers happy.
Responsibilities
Keep our inventory levels in check by reviewing and executing planned orders.
Work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Collaborate with Product Development and Sourcing teams to make informed decisions about our inventory.
Liaise with our Sales and Support teams to fulfill special customer requests.
Prioritize production schedules to meet demand.
Maintain detailed procurement records to ensure accuracy.
Take proactive measures to address any issues with product quality or delivery.
Minimize and manage backorders to keep our customers satisfied.
Requirements
Previous experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning.
Familiarity with inventory management software (Oracle experience is a plus!).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
