What a Typical Day Looks Like
Take ownership of MRO purchasing, from requisition to receipt, for specific clients.
Engage in transaction negotiations directly with clients, providing exceptional customer service within preferred supplier timelines.
Proactively identify and implement solutions for any underperforming processes or suppliers.
Maintain transaction service metrics within a supportive inbound call center environment.
Handle invoice exceptions associated with purchasing and expedite open orders effectively.
Act as a liaison between clients, suppliers, and other departments to resolve purchasing-related issues promptly.
Keep communication channels open with suppliers and field teams regarding order tracking, shipments, and troubleshooting.
Some travel to customer sites may be required for training, meetings, or team support.
What You'll Bring To Our Team
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, particularly in purchasing.
Collaborative spirit, thriving in a customer-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Familiarity with ERP purchasing software.
Fluent in French, both verbally and in writing.
