About The Role

As a Buyer with our team, you'll play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, communicating with suppliers and internal teams, and supporting special projects. You'll have the chance to work with cutting-edge inventory management systems and be an integral part of a collaborative and supportive work environment.

What You'll Do

Utilize inventory management reporting tools to monitor and analyze inventory levels.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to process purchase orders and requests for quotes.

Manage the open order board and ensure accurate information for all orders.

Coordinate expedite orders to minimize supply chain interruption.

Quote standard and smaller dollar items in alignment with company goals.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors.

Resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.

Contribute to a positive team environment where all ideas are welcomed.

What You Need

Bachelor's degree (or pursuit of) in a business-related field, preferably Supply Chain or Purchasing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

3+ years of experience in a buying/purchasing role.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to establish and maintain vendor relationships.
