Full-time buying role in support of aerospace production, sourcing, soliciting RFQs, price analysis, negotiation, expediting of material.
SAP experience (converting requisitions to purchase orders, updating delivery dates, running standard reports, creating/updating source lists and purchase info records, validating lead-times) calling / emailing / following up / expediting with suppliers, weekly calls with assigned suppliers, helping to resolve receiving issues, quality issues with material or documentation from suppliers, working with AP on payment issues.
Requirements:
SAP Buyer experience Excel (pivot tables, vlookup)
Preferred:
Aerospace industry experience.
Government buying experience.
Ability to read drawings
