From flower to edibles and beyond, you'll work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure we offer a diverse and high-quality inventory that meets the needs of our discerning clientele.Key Responsibilities:Source and negotiate the purchase of cannabis products to ensure competitive pricing and optimal margins.Collaborate with suppliers to maintain strong relationships and stay abreast of industry trends and product innovations.Manage inventory levels to meet sales targets and minimize out-of-stock situations.Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.Coordinate with the sales team to optimize product assortment and drive revenue growth.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.Requirements:Passion and enthusiasm for the cannabis industry.Minimum 21 years of age with a deep understanding of cannabis products and their effects.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable terms with suppliers.Proficiency in basic math, analytical skills, and spreadsheet software to interpret sales data and pricing information.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Applicants with buying experience preferredAvailability RequirementsThis is a full-time position working primarily during standard business hours, but requires flexibility as needed.

Flexibility in scheduling is extremely important in this role.

The timing of work may shift with business / product volume needs.
