Buyer/Planner - Manufacturing & Supply Chain Role

Gabriele & Company is partnering with an innovative manufacturer of high-performance thermal management solutions for the medical, aerospace, military, and energy industries. Due to rapid growth, they are seeking an experienced Buyer/Planner to support production lines and drive operational excellence through on-time delivery, inventory optimization, supplier quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procure materials/components and manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time deliveries
2. Monitor inventory levels, create forecasts, and schedule orders using an MRP system
3. Implement lean initiatives such as kanban, kaizen, value stream mapping, root cause analysis
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify areas for process improvement
5. Manage supplier quality performance and drive towards zero defects

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree
2. 3+ years of supply chain/procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Experience with MRP/ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
5. Ability to work on-site in a team-based setting

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Competitive salary range of $65K - $75K plus bonus eligibility Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, generous PTO, tuition, 401(k) match, etc.)
