- Place purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Forecast inventory levels, manage open orders, and maintain the ERP system (IFS) up to date.
- Provide administrative support to the current team, including one Senior Buyer and one Jr. Buyer.
- Monitor purchases and inventory levels to meet manufacturing needs.
- Generate POs, schedule deliveries, and update the status of POs and orders.
- Contact suppliers to resolve supply shortages, missed deliveries, and incorrect orders.
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, or a recent Supply Chain graduate with internship experience.
- Experience with any ERP system, with IFS experience being a plus.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
