Your Impact in This Role
Place purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Forecast inventory levels, manage open orders, and maintain the ERP system (IFS) up to date.
Provide administrative support to the current team, including one Senior Buyer and one Jr. Buyer.
Monitor purchases and inventory levels to meet manufacturing needs.
Generate POs, schedule deliveries, and update the status of POs and orders.
Contact suppliers to resolve supply shortages, missed deliveries, and incorrect orders.
What You Bring To The Table
1-2 years of experience in purchasing, or a recent Supply Chain graduate with internship experience.
Experience with any ERP system, with IFS experience being a plus.
Strong Excel skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
