As our very first establishment as Fox Restaurant Concepts, this restaurant holds a special place in our hearts. Wildflower offers its guests an extensive wine list, a seasonally changing menu and a relaxed contemporary atmosphere that pairs perfectly with a sunlit ceiling and intimate lounge area. Wildflower sets the standard for innovative New American Cuisine, and our phenomenal restaurant staff sets the standard for impeccable hospitality. We are looking for a Back Server to join the team! The exceptional guest experience will be yours to create, while immersing yourself in the “little extras”that make Wildflower truly stand out.
What You’ll Do
Keep it clean! Your primary responsibility is to clear and clean tables after guests leave. This will include taking care of the dish-ware, table tops, chairs, booths and floor, and resetting quickly for the next round of guests
Make all guests feel welcome by greeting them as they are seated and bring bread, butter and water to their table
Communicate with the guests, the server, and the hostess to ensure the customer service is amazing and everyone has everything they need
Thank guests as they leave and tell them to come back
Be available to fill in when necessary
Who Are You?
Someone who has worked in a restaurant and has experience assisting servers and other restaurant staff in their jobs. You should have good English communication skills, be comfortable standing for long periods of time, and able to lift up to 25 pounds. You are amiable with a positive attitude, friendly, enjoy providing great guest service, and able to work weekends and some holidays. You appreciate yummy, healthy food and can’t wait to be a part of such an excellent restaurant environment.
