Business Systems Manager | $115k Base + 20% bonus | Hybrid (WI)

Brief Overview:

Our client seeks a Business Systems Manager to oversee system implementation, configuration, and alignment with organizational goals. You'll facilitate collaboration, recommend solutions, and provide user support and training for efficiency and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Business System Management:

• Oversee implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP, WMS, TMS, and CMMS systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, minimizing disruption to operations.
• Define testing procedures, collaborate on system configurations, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Manage vendor relationships and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  
  

Data Analytics Framework:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Document processes and requirements to develop robust solutions.
• Implement a data analytics framework to extract insights and develop data visualization solutions.
  
  

End-User Support:

• Train and mentor team members on standard processes and new solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Create comprehensive user documents and training materials.
• Provide change management support and guidance to end-users.
  
  

Base Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in business system management and data analytics.
• Proficiency in ERP, WMS, TMS, and CMMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
