Business Systems Analyst

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
  • Develop detailed system and process documentation, including user requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that system changes are properly implemented
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related position
  • Proficient in system and process analysis techniques, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and system design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $150,000 or the hourly equivalent.
