The Select Group is looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst to join one of our top healthcare partners. This person will be joining their Data Partnership Team to help stand up an Azure data lake while utilizing a data partner vendor. This person will help the process and success of their project by utilizing their skills with SQL, Waterfall/Agile and documentation while being detail and process-oriented.
BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of Technical Business Systems Analyst experience
Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in an Azure cloud environment
Healthcare background
SQL experience
Ability to read scripting language (i.e., JSON and Python)
Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile work environment
Detail-oriented and process-oriented
Experience with data project documentation and building out user stories (Documentation must include one or more of the following: Data Developer documentation, design documentation, system diagrams, run books)
BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES
Documenting the data project in a Waterfall environment with Agile components
Help with writing SQL queries from user stories
Collaborate with the Data Partnership Team
Work to improve data quality and processes and analyze the data
Help with data flow analysis and documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements
