Job Summary

The Ellison Institute of Technology is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Business Systems Administrator with expertise in NetSuite to join our dynamic IT team. In this pivotal role within EIT, you will oversee and optimize the NetSuite ERP system, along with other enterprise systems in HR, Finance, IT and beyond. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing system enhancements, and ensuring seamless integration of NetSuite and HR systems with other business applications.

As the Business Systems Administrator, you will orchestrate the deployment, maintenance, and support of software systems and tools. These efforts will refine business processes, ensure data accuracy, and empower data-driven decision-making through comprehensive reporting and intuitive data visualizations. Your expertise in NetSuite will be crucial as you lead the implementation of other software and manage the integration of various enterprise systems to drive organizational efficiency.

The Business Systems Administrator is responsible for performing the following job duties:

Job Accountabilities:

System Management:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP, HR systems and other enterprise systems
  • Lead systems improvements, enhancements, and integrations to enhance functionality and performance

System Implementation and Support:

  • Plan, execute, and manage enterprise systems implementations, ensuring seamless integration and troubleshooting issues
  • Provide primary support for system inquiries and technical issues across enterprise systems

Training and Development:

  • Develop and deliver training materials to educate staff on NetSuite and other enterprise system functionalities and best practices

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Oversee data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through audits and assessments
  • Analyze data for strategic decision-making and compliance and compliance reporting, utilizing business intelligence tools

Security and Integration:

  • Implement security measures and data integration to streamline reporting and enhance data security across systems
  • Ensure seamless data flow and integration between NetSuite and other enterprise systems

Maintenance, Customization and Optimization:

  • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and optimizations of all enterprise systems
  • Customize platforms, including reports, workflows, and integrations, to meet organizational needs and improve processes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise application systems, specializing in NetSuite implementation of administration, as well as other enterprise systems, with a particular focus on HR and Finance.
  • Strong project management skills demonstrated by leading cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in integration tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and clear articular of technical concepts
  • Excellent vendor management

Required Field of Experience: NetSuite and similar ERP systems.

Salary: $99,248 – 143,031, DOE
