Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Stratergy & Operations Lead at Yobi AI. This leader will be responsible for building ans mananging cross functional strategy and processes. Overseeing day-to-day operations, including but not limited to commercial, product management, and delivery. This role will be primarily based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work.
The key responsibilities of the Business Strategy & Operations Lead will include:
1. Support key leaders in developing strategy, objectives, milestones, and business metrics. Build the operational framework to manage and execute against these company goals.
2. Developing, implementing, and managing operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
3. Build structure and metrics for monitoring and evaluating business performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and recommending process optimizations across both commercial, product, and delivery groups.
4. Providing guidance, support, to leadership team of the business. Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
5. Building relationships with stakeholders, communicating effectively, and aligning operational goals with overall business strategies.
6. Executing and coordinating cross-functional projects aimed at improving operations, such as implementing new systems, conducting market research, or organizing training sessions.
7. Continuously learning and updating skills, staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations to enhance operational quality and efficiency.
The Business Strategy & Operations Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, driving process improvements, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to support the organization's growth and success.
Qualifications
MBA or related degree
2-5 years post grad experience in operations / strategy consulting, preferably at a major GSI or Strategy Consultant
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to research, analyze, and make recommendations on business strategy
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with the C-Suite.
Sales: Experience in sales or business development
Operations Management: Proficiency in building operational processes and procedures from ground up
Project & Program Management: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multi-faceted projects
Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Deep knowledge of AI and data analytics is a plus
