Job Description:
is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Process Consultant with expertise in creating lucid and process diagrams to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to drive operational excellence and support organizational growth during the contract period.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and define project objectives.
Conduct thorough process analysis and mapping using tools such as Lucidchart and other diagramming software.
Develop clear and detailed process diagrams, flowcharts, and documentation to visualize current and future state processes.
Recommend and implement process improvements, best practices, and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings, and present process improvement recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes with business goals.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of process changes, providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed.
Stay current with industry trends, methodologies, and tools related to business process management and improvement.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of proven experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on process analysis and improvement.
Expertise in creating lucid and process diagrams using tools such as Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or similar software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN) is a plus.
Expertise in Oracle and SAP systems is a plus.
Experience in subscription management processes is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Professional certifications (e.g., CBPP, PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
