Schedule: Hybrid Role (4x a week in the office, 1 day remote)
Company Profile: A leading manufacturer and importer of branded and private label apparel is looking to add a Business Process Analyst to their team. This person will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
The Business Process Analystwill Be Responsible For the Following:
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes across various departments
Document current and proposed business processes, including workflows, diagrams, SOPs, and process maps
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address inefficiencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives
Recommend changes to processes, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency
Monitor the implementation of process changes and evaluate their effectiveness
The Business Process AnalystShould Have the Following Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years of relevant work experience in an apparel/retail industry
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in business process mapping, modeling, and analysis tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Project management skills and experience managing cross-functional projects
