Position Overview

The Operational Performance team is responsible for supporting leadership with operational optimization, planning and forecasting. This individual will be responsible for the analysis of historical data, identifying key business drivers, and partnering with program leaders to forecast labor needs and financial performance. This role will be key in delivering providing ongoing support for the strategic initiative on developing an enterprise-wide resource and forecasting model.

You will partner with Acentra Health's segment leaders using analytically driven insights to make strategic business decisions that will deliver strong financial results. You will provide first rate analytic support and modeling using Excel, while leveraging other tools as necessary (Planview, Power BI, Tableau, e.g.). You will identify actionable insights, exercise sound business judgment, offer recommendations, and influence leaders across the organization, including: Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Technology, e.g.

This is a remote position, open to individuals residing within the Mid-Atlantic region encompassing, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington D.C. Occasional travel within this area may be necessary for critical collaborations or meetings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a Strategic Business Partner, collaborating closely with program management and key decision-makers
  • Translate complex data into easily understandable insights for individuals unfamiliar with the subject matter
  • Cultivate solid interpersonal and organizational skills to establish trust with internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and report project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Lead resource planning, forecasting, and pricing models using existing infrastructure and tools
  • Own the monthly review process for assigned business activities, comprehending the driving factors
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify pivotal business drivers, trends, and growth opportunities
  • Enhance decision-making support by analyzing monthly, quarterly, and YTD performance against budgets, company metrics, pricing models, and targets
  • Exhibit a passion for data analysis and leveraging technology to streamline routine processes
  • Demonstrate a keen curiosity to grasp the business operations, aiming to comprehend the underlying reasons behind the numbers

Required Qualifications And Experience

  • A BA or BS Degree in Business from an accredited College or University or 6 + years of applicable experience
  • 5 years of relevant business experience, adept at solving analytical problems using data and quantitative approaches
  • Exposure to various business models and functions, showcasing adaptability across diverse scenarios
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, seamlessly transitioning between granular data and strategic insights
  • Comfort and effectiveness in engaging with both executive management and frontline employees
  • Thrives in a self-directed and adaptable environment, requiring minimal guidance
  • Experience in Healthcare or Technology sectors is preferred
  • Experience working in a project-based organizational structure is advantageous

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $85,000 to $125,000 annual base salary.

Based on our compensation program, an applicant's position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level. Thank you.
