Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist Intern to join our team. For this unpaid internship, you’ll contribute to understanding business operations and administration in the IT industry and related businesses. This hands-on opportunity allows you to collaborate with experienced professionals and support our organization's strategies. New grads are welcome, no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Support any daily business operation related activities.
• Collaborate with the HR/Recruting/Business Development team in daily operations and client/employee engagement.
• Conduct data analysis and research to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management reviews.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or finished undergraduate or graduate degree programs.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with business operations and MS Office proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Proactive team player with flexibility to collaborate across departments.
