About The Role
As a Business Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic team. You'll collaborate closely across departments, using data-driven insights to drive impactful projects from concept to implementation. Your success won't just be about data manipulation; it'll be about making a tangible business impact through strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do
Work closely with stakeholders to strategize and execute diverse projects, with a focus on A/B testing to validate outcomes.
Develop comprehensive strategies that balance immediate needs with long-term scalability.
Dive into our data warehouse using SQL, while also leveraging tools like Tableau and Excel/Sheets to uncover key insights and trends.
Lead problem-solving efforts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
Present findings to senior management, influencing the direction of future actions through clear and compelling discussions.
Foster a culture of perpetual improvement and inclusivity, championing diverse perspectives and experiences.

What We Look For
2+ years of experience with SQL, Tableau, and/or similar tools.
Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
