What You'll Do
As a Business Operations Manager with us, you'll be at the forefront of driving impactful change. You'll collaborate closely with various teams, using data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on our most promising opportunities. Your role will involve:
Developing and implementing strategies, with a keen focus on validating outcomes through A/B testing.
Utilizing SQL to extract and analyze data from our systems, alongside tools like Tableau and Excel/Sheets to uncover actionable insights.
Leading complex projects from conception through to successful implementation and ongoing optimization.
Presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior management, shaping future directions through insightful discussions.

You bring 2+ years of experience in data analysis and project management, using tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel/Sheets.
