Job Summary:

As the Business Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize business operations and marketing, ensuring efficient processes and improving overall productivity. This role requires you to be a self-starter and involves managing the day-to-day operations of a small business, implementing marketing initiatives, and working closely with hospital and physician group clients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Operations

  • Manage daily business activities with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
  • Analyze and report on current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement.
  • Implement process enhancements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Align operational activities with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain pro formas.
  • Lead and manage operational projects from conception to completion.
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested.


Engagement Coordination

  • Manage client intake and outgoing communication.
  • Coordinate onsite and remote meeting schedules for EHC engagements.
  • Edit and design written and presentation materials for clients.
  • Measure project progress and client benefits through proprietary tracking tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current clients.
  • Nurture ongoing relationships with past and prospective clients.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address operational concerns.


Marketing

  • Strategize and execute marketing efforts within designated budgets.
  • Craft, edit, and oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences using LinkedIn, Canva, Email Marketing and WordPress.
  • Oversee the company's digital presence, including website, social media, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools, implementing best practices to drive online engagement and conversion.
  • Communicate marketing strategies, plans, and performance to senior management and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree – 5 years of experience in Business Operations and Marketing


Experience:

  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Proficient in database management.
  • Understanding of various marketing tools (Email Marketing, Canva, Google Analytics) and online applications (CRM software, SharePoint, Google Drive).

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position in a remote environment.
  • May require occasional in-person meetings in the South Florida region.
  • May require rare travel to client facilities.
  • Reports to company Principals.
