The Business Operations/Go to Market team is responsible for developing data driven strategies that support the maximization of value and profitability. The team is tasked with creating data-driven business plans and Go-to-Market activities in collaboration with key stakeholders to drive business success. This position analyzes and organizes data from multiple sources to guide decisions operationally and fiscally, identify effective sales strategy and plays, and evaluate measurements of success.

This position will serve as Go To Market and Business Operations for Infor Compass teams, to include development of Sales Plays, tracking various KPIs across the business, assuring the assigned team meets sales and business performance goals.

The position is responsible for delivering a consistent, repeatable, and streamlined approach to sales strategy and execution. Responsibilities include leading the creation, execution, and measurement of programs across the team. By instilling discipline and rigor into every step of the sales process, win rates will increase, pipeline will grow, client outcomes will improve, and our business will be more predictable. This role is expected to challenge the status-quo and lead matrixed teams to operate more efficiently and more cohesively.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

* Leverage research and data analysis to identify and create strategic initiatives which support mitigation of attrition, creation of new revenue, and maintaining profitability. Identify focus industries, verticals, and segments to pursue. Define market prioritizations for product and industries of the Business Units.
* Identify key performance indicators. Evaluate achievement and provide analysis for improvement. Manage wheel KPIs for assigned business unit. Track and measure the success of business strategies outlined in business plans around areas such as sales growth, profitability, and customer attrition.
* Analyze financial efficiencies in support of GM and Financial Services. Make recommendations on areas of improvement.
* Composition, maintenance, execution, and communication of Go-to-Market Plans, Business Plans, Sales play and program development aligned with executive priorities and market opportunity.
* Alignment and creation of marketing activities by connecting key contributors, sales, content strategy, and field marketing.
* Centralized source to connect Infor stakeholders for sales execution, BDR enablement, product readiness, and customer success with evidence.
* Support partner relationships with collaboration and development of sales initiatives and programs; connect with sales opportunities where partners will help us win.

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience with business analytics. Gathering data from various sources and presenting to leadership to guide decision-making.
* Prior program management experience.
* Experience with Excel; conditional formatting, pivot tables, etc.

* Experience presenting to all levels including leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

* College/University Degree or equivalent experience.
* Finance or Business Analytics experience.
* Sales operations experience.
* Industry strategy experience.
* Prior software industry experience.
