About the Role:
As a Business Operations Risk Analyst within the Strategy & Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting one of Enova's core businesses. Your responsibilities will revolve around monitoring and supervision across our diverse product portfolio, addressing unique regulatory and business requirements in various states. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to align business and compliance needs, proactively identify and prevent customer incidents, and contribute to customer remediation efforts.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify production or compliance exceptions, assess their impact on the business and customers, and resolve them or escalate to the management team as necessary.
Gain expertise in product offerings, brand, state compliance matrix, transactional logic, and funding/payment processes, and document this knowledge.
Utilize your subject matter expertise to create and manage processes and monitoring systems that ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines for products, technology, and processes.
Analyze customer complaint data to identify trends, develop recommendations, and support the implementation of process improvements based on these insights.
Assist with ad hoc data requests related to external and third-party business audits.
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in reviewing and negotiating compliance matters, encompassing state and federal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
Familiarity with SQL and Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively in both team and independent settings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with tools such as Microstrategy, Grafana, and other monitoring dashboards is a plus
