CardFlight is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our Finance team. The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting monthly recurring processes across sales operations, supply chain and analytics as well as working on ad hoc cross-functional projects. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a fast-moving growth company. This position reports to the Director of Business Operations.
What You’ll Do
Sales Support and Operations
Support recurring reporting needs for key customers and internal management stakeholders, including monthly billing statements
Support sales operations processes related to commissions calculations and customer performance vs. budgeted expectations
Assist in management of models and dashboards used to forecast SaaS and hardware revenue by customer
Business Operations
Support recurring KPI reporting needs for major customers and internal management stakeholders
Assist in management of data analytics tools
Assist in organizing and maintaining customer contract documentation as well as internal team process documentation
Perform quality assurance on outputs from business operations processes as well as customer-facing communication/documentation
Provide comprehensive and adaptable operational support for high-priority business initiatives, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and can be adjusted quickly to meet evolving requirements
Data Analysis
Respond to data / information requests from internal and external stakeholders
Team Engagement
Become immersed in the payments industry
Get involved with company-wide meetings and outings
Obtain and maintain a full understanding of our clients’ needs
What You’ll Bring to the Table
1-2 years of work experience in operations, project management and/or analytical roles
BA/BS degree
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple team members with competing demands
Strong organizational skills to manage recurring deadlines while supporting new, agile initiatives
Proven ability to improve upon existing processes
Proficient in MS Office & Google Suite
Some experience with Salesforce & Tableau (or similar data analytics tool) or willingness to learn

Our signature product, SwipeSimple, is used by 125,000+ small businesses across the country. SwipeSimple is a software solution that enables small businesses to accept payments seamlessly via phone, tablet or computer. SwipeSimple is sold through a partner network comprising financial institutions, merchant service providers, and independent sales organizations. The solution is also sold directly by CardFlight through SwipeSimple Connect.
The standard annual base pay range for this role is $60,000-$75,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for cash bonus and equity awards based on factors such as experience and performance.
